Terms of Use for Globevillage Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use globevillage.property and the services offered through it by Globevillage Tree Service. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Globevillage Tree Service Does

Globevillage Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and behavior. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will achieve.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@globevillage.property.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this site belong to Globevillage Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Globevillage Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
